To arrange an obstetric patient transfer, call 614-685-2929 and follow the instructions on the Maternal Transport Referral Form.

Call 614-293-4444 to speak with a trained nurse triage specialist who will coordinate transfers to the physician of your choice or to the physician on-call to help you address your patient’s needs.
