Background

I'm the co-author of “Radiology and Enterprise Medial Imaging Extensions (REMIX)” and the co-author of “Automated Critical Test-Findings Identification and Online Notification System (ACTIONS) Using Artificial Intelligence in Imaging” and have developed and published scholarly works on many systems. I have shared my expertise by teaching hands-on courses at societies including the Society of Imaging Informatics in Medicine and the Radiological Society of North America, covering topics on business intelligence, image texture analysis and machine learning.

Throughout my career, I have utilized my skills as an engineer and information scientist to build bridges between the medical and engineering domains in order to improve existing systems and assist the next generation of trainees, both in engineering and health sciences, to help build the systems of tomorrow.
