Guo Research Lab: Laboratory for Biocircuits and Embedded Biosystems

Research Interests:

  1. Focus on soft neural interfaces — stretchable microelectrode arrays — and the development of new electrode designs to effectively record and stimulate the nerves
  2. Clinical applications of research include peripheral nerve repair, treatment for denervation muscle atrophy and functional electrical stimulation

Current Research: Electrode-based neural interfaces including stretchable microelectrode arrays, integrated cellular circuits for living neural prostheses
