Experience and Interests
While Gabe was completing his Bachelors degree at Ohio University, he worked as a personal trainer for the faculty and staff. Through this he found his passion for helping others increase their confidence with exercising and achieving their goals. He advanced his interest in training by getting his certification as a strength and conditioning specialist. Gabe likes incorporating this knowledge in the Physical Therapy setting while working with athletes and the general population.
