While a Digital Sign might appear to be a television, it is distinguished by the brand messaging that is rotating on it.

Our digital signage network of over 200 screens in lobbies, elevator corridors and other high traffic hospital and outpatient locations includes dynamic messages that reinforce trust in our brand, drive awareness of our signature programs and broadly apply to all patients, visitors and caregivers.

  • Content concerns or questions should be directed to digitalsigns@osumc.edu.
  • Hardware or network issues affecting the large displays in the University Hospital Main Lobby and on Floor 2 should be submitted to ITOps - UC Engineering through an eServices request.
  • Hardware or network issues for all other displays should be routed to support@radianttech.net.

Departments and individual owners manage the content on displays that are not in public areas (e.g., employee break rooms).

If you'd like to invest in a digital sign for your space, complete a Facilities Project Request to begin the scoping process. Please note that:

  • The department must cover all display and player hardware, installation and first year licensing costs, as well as any applicable wiring, paint, patch and repair.
  • Two employees must be responsible for creating and deploying content on a regular basis.
  • Marketing will provide training in the content management system.
  • All content must adhere to brand standards; Adobe Express Digital Templates are available for download.
