There have been difficult times in the recent past. Our world has been turned upside-down, and much of what we’ve grown to know as normal has been put on pause.
There have likely been times that have seemed pretty bleak and even hopeless for many. This may lead to either depression or potentially anger and frustration. However, it’s less about how you feel or what you think. The most important factors are what you do and how you do it!
