The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center Healthy Community Center

The Ohio State Healthy Community Center on Columbus’ Near East Side offers free and family-friendly programs, classes and events to help residents build healthier habits and feel supported in their wellness goals. Created with community input and partnership, the center brings healthcare beyond the hospital through cooking classes, fitness and senior programming, special events, a healthy café, meeting spaces and health education for common concerns such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and healthy aging. No center membership is required.

The Ohio State Center for Integrative Health at Bob Crane Community Center

Located inside Upper Arlington’s community center, Ohio State’s Center for Integrative Health offers evidence-based, patient-centered care that supports the whole person – mind, body and spirit. Services include acupuncture, Ayurveda, chiropractic care, functional medicine, integrative physician consults, nutrition counseling, osteopathic manipulation, therapeutic massage and community classes for overall well-being.

Community center membership is not required for participation in Integrative Health programs.

Ohio State Integrative Health The Well Hilliard

This second location from our Integrative Medicine team is located at The Well, Hilliard’s community recreation and wellness center. Designed to support physical, mental and emotional well-being, services include integrative health options such as acupuncture, massage therapy, nutrition support, mindfulness and other evidence-based approaches, to help you feel and function at your best.

Recreation or facility membership to The Well is not required to access Ohio State services.

Philip Heit Center for Healthy New Albany

This community-focused location gives you easy access to a range of Ohio State health and wellness services, including a health and fitness center with personalized wellness plans, exercise prescriptions, fitness specialists, registered dietitians, classes, cardio and weight equipment and aquatic exercise options. Paid membership is required for use of the Ohio State Health and Fitness Center inside the Philip Heit Center.

You do not need to be a member of the fitness center to access additional Ohio State clinical and medical services including behavioral and mental healthcare, and sports medicine rehabilitation for return-to-activity needs, postsurgery recovery, osteoarthritis, balance issues and everyday aches and pains.
