I am the Section Head of Body Interventional Radiology and an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology. As a board certified Diagnostic Radiologist and fellowship trained in Imaging and Intervention, I work to diagnose and treat patients with lung cancer. I routinely collaborate with Thoracic Surgeons, Medical Oncologists and Radiation Oncologists in our multi-disciplinary tumor boards to provide the patient the best diagnostic and therapeutic plan. My passion is Interventional Oncology that utilizes cutting edge techniques such as image guided, minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat lung cancer. We are able to treat small primary and metastatic lung cancers using image guided thermal ablations to kill tumors. I also specialize in the procurement of tissue for patients looking to enroll in clinical trials, In addition, I teach thermal ablation techniques and frequently speak at national conferences.

Industry Relationships

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
