About MeI have been practicing medicine for a long time and value the personal relationship with patients. Being at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I value the many expert specialists available to my patients if needed.
Although I don’t have a specific specialty, a lot of my regular patients have high blood pressure, diabetes or high lipids.
What I’ve valued most about working at Ohio State is a lot of close relationships I’ve had with patients and colleagues over many years.
In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with my family, reading and attending Ohio State football games. All four of my children graduated from Ohio State, so we’re a Buckeye family.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 03/28/2017, Dr. Fahey has reported no financial relationships with medical device, research and/or drug companies.
