Our mission

As a leading academic health center, and part of a land grand institution, it's part of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center's mission, history and vision to care for the communities we serve by building and supporting health communities. By providing more care outside the hospital, we can make care more convenient and comfortable. This unit joins the university's fleet of mobile health and education units including dental, mammography and a mobile kitchen.

The Community Care Coach thanks Ohio State University Physicians (OSUP) for their generous contributions to this unit and our mission.
