COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center will conduct a hip symposium that focuses on treating active patients with complex hip disorders on Friday (4/24) from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Biomedical Research Tower, 460 W 12th Avenue.
Hosted by OSU Sports Medicine, the symposium will address common hip injuries in physically active people, as well as treatment strategies to improve care of the patient with hip pain. The sessions will give participants the opportunity to practice hands-on treatment and rehabilitation techniques, in addition to screening tools used to optimize the athlete’s return to activity.
Jonathan Finnoff, DO, will be the guest speaker for the symposium. Finnoff is internationally recognized for his expertise in diagnostic and interventional sports ultrasound.
