When feeling overwhelmed it’s important to just take a moment to focus on all of the good in your life. Think about your family and friends. The fact that people love and care about you. Even when feeling lost we can always take shelter from the storm by surrounding ourselves with the people we know, trust and love. After all, it’s easier to focus on the positive rather than the negative. If we can accept who we are and who cares about us, we can gradually become aware of a force of good that’s always there to help us.
