This technology has been useful for reducing missed appointments among our Medicaid population and prompting earlier care for mental health and addiction. To ensure patient access to this important technology, we’ve collaborated with SmartColumbus, to provide free, in-home Wi-Fi to many residents in neighborhoods with limited internet access.
