A couple of years later, she was thrilled to take on the role of manager, eager for the new challenges and growth opportunities it would bring.

In her current role as a manager, Jennifer finds the unpredictability of the job to be engaging. While she values having a structured routine and the satisfaction of completing tasks, she appreciates that this position consistently presents new challenges that keep the work dynamic. Although she still has some interaction with patients when working on the floor, it’s fulfilling to support people in different ways compared to her previous role as a staff technologist. As an imaging manager, Jennifer frequently tackles new problems, participates in diverse projects, and makes meaningful improvements for patients and the team she oversees.
