Coping with COVID-19: Learning to Accept Uncertainty

The experiences of thousands upon thousands of people has shown us that a willingness to take a risk to live just outside of our comfort zone is the key to personal growth. In fact, when you feel the least certain is exactly when you’re growing the most.

We find we’re more willing to accept this level of anxiety as a natural side effect of growth. Obviously, none of us will ever be perfect nor will we ever be free of fear. We can, however, know how best to harness this discomfort and move through uncharted territory. By doing so, we will ensure lifelong growth and learning.

My immediate discomfort and uncertainty is a small price to pay for a life rich with new experiences and perpetual learning.
