Coping with COVID-19: Look for resilience, find resilience
In these unprecedented times, it’s so important to recognize that our attitude toward ourselves and toward those we’re close with can have a profound, measurable effect not only on how our days play out, but also on our experiences moving forward.
If we expect good, then good will come toward us. And if we try each day to base our mental wellness on the same level as our physical level, we can expect our moods and attitudes to improve for the better.
It’s a part of the process of searching for resilience; we will likely find resilience. It’s all around us, yet it requires us to find the positive and to build on the positive in our lives.
