OSUP is a multispecialty physician group that serves as the not-for-profit practice plan for the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. OSUP is a well-established, successful organization that employs more than 1,300 staff today. OSUP provides administrative and management services as billing, collections, revenue distribution and financial services in support of inpatient and ambulatory clinics to our faculty and staff.
Depending on the specialty/position, the employees can be hired into either the Wexner Medical Center or OSUP which offer different opportunities and benefits. This collaboration model exists in many of our different ambulatory sites and allows us to enhance patient care, coordinate across the practice plan on staffing needs and create a high-performing team.
Both offer comprehensive benefits like health, retirement, tuition assistance, etc., but some differences in benefit packages do exist.
