About Me
As a psychiatrist and primary care physician, I am able to provide a broad range of services and integrated care to my patients. My areas of specialty include attention deficit disorder, bipolar disorder, depression and schizophrenia.
I am very committed to providing my patients with the quality of care that they deserve. I am passionate about my career because I know that people suffering from different mental disorders have the ability to heal and improve in a holistic environment.
I enjoy working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center because of the broad range of interdisciplinary work that I am exposed to, as well as the opportunity to serve and teach as an assistant professor.
In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, attending Ohio State football games and relaxing with my family.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Ortiz Cruzado has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
