This was my first visit with Dr. Volovitz. I was establishing myself as a new patient. She took a lot of time going over my medical record with me. She was friendly and familiar with my recent health history and labs. They did an in office A1C because I am a Type II Diabetic. She referred me to a determologist and a podiatrist. She also ordered labs to clarify specific levels of iron in my blood. Those results were too low, and she followed up by sending me a MyChart message for a new prescription for Iron.I have a healthcare background, and I felt very confident and comfortable With Dr. Volovitz's exam. I am scheduled for aDM II follow-up visit in 3 mos with her.

Dr. Volovetz Rocks, she is clearly incredibly intelligent and yet she speaks to me so very clearly and down to earth.
Initial meeting to establish as new care provider. Covered introductory topics promptly followed by a medical checkup. Met my need by filling an expiring prescription.

Dr. Volovitz always takes as much time as necessary to make sure both her and myself fully understand what is going on and what needs to happen next. I use my chart and she always gives me results of all tests and x-rays

She was not my normal provider. She was very nice, listened to my questions/concerns, provided good information and helpful answers.

Care provider (Dr. Volovetz) was the core provider as my provider, Dr. McKinlay was on maternity leave. Dr. Volovetz seemed very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained her thoughts. It was odd, however, that she talked to me from the computer which was just inside the exam room's door while I was seated across the room. She did not approach me or make any physical evaluation herself but instead relied totally on the information on the computer. Perhaps that's standard but I've never experienced that lack of contact.
I thought Dr. Volovetz was very professional and although this was my first time with her just to establish with a primary care provider, I could just tell that she truly cares about patients and their health. Both her and the medical student were great and really spent time to get to know me.

Can't offer any, she was respectful, brilliantly smart, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and reasonably on time. She was not rushing around but definitely was not sitting around chit chatting. She did her job professionally but still had an easy to talk to demeanor.
She was gilling in for Dr. Mackinlay. She was great acted interested in my concerns. She explained every step of procedure. She considerate to my thoughts and questions. Great personality. She was also kind to her student.
