The provider took time to address any concerns that I had. They listened and I did not feel that the appointment was rushed. There was discussion about the treatment plan not just them telling me what to do. There were three options laid out for treatment and we had an open dialogue about the options. It was very refreshing.

She was vague with my skin exam and seemed a bit dismissive with my issues.

They were very brief and did not obtain a full history. I also feel like she did not perform an exam and made an assessment by glancing from the doorway. Prescribed a medication in less than 5 minutes. The appointment felt rushed and I did not feel confident about the assessment or treatment plan.

My doctor was thorough and detailed. She presented easy to understand solutions.

Dr. Trovato listens to me, explains thoroughly what she is going to do, and consistently shows that she cares about my well-being. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the services she provides.

Doctor talked a lot. Very scripted and a bit robotic. I don't think she was expecting much of an answer. Though she did chit chat - it didn't seem natural - just filling airtime. I would have liked more thorough looking at skin and less talk. I had to wait longer than expected in the exam room . I was told she would be right in.

She was quick, didn't take much time to view my skin problem. But she explained things very well.

I waited a year to see this doctor at the hair loss clinic. At the appointment I verbally gave her my history, and asked questions regarding things I've researched. The doc answered my question, but I needed her to break down the info she provided because I was unfamiliar of what the issue was. Also she didn't offer any solution or regimen to help me. She did not recommend another appointment for updates. All she stated was there was nothing that could help. I was shocked that I was in a hair loss clinic due to her response. I asked what was the hair clinic for or do. She responded drawing my blood to deposit plasma to treat hair loss, but it probably wouldn'thelp. To me that is not a hair loss clinic, and it's misleading patients. It's hurtful, and a waste of my time. Remember I waited a full year to see a doctor from the hair loss clinic. In addition, I felt rushed, but she did notice I had dandruff and prescribed a shampoo. Although my experience with the doctor was not expected, she was kind.

Felt that she was on a hurry or rushing. I expected at least a referal for an endocrinologist when I mentioned I'm worried my acne is related to ovarian cyst. She just said she treats acne only, and I would need to see PGyn or endocrine.

I have never had an experience with a doctor that was even close to this awful. I have had great experiences with most other doctors I have come into contact with for both my and my children's health needs.I keep trying to think of how exactly to explain this, and every time I try and explain the entire experience, it gets a little convoluted. Ultimately what it comes down to is the bedside manner was the worst I have ever experienced. Instead of feeling confident that I understood my condition and what I needed to do next, I've felt awful, angry, and demoralized. From my perspective the doctor was dismissive and patronizing. Patients are just people. Just like Internet interaction you have with any other person you want to be heard and valued. That goes to the butcher at the grocery store, your yoga, instructor, your friends and your doctor.I have no idea what was going on for her that day. Perhaps it was an off day I think you never know what's going on in somebody else's world.

My appointment felt very rushed. She was obviously very knowledgeable and had a quick diagnosis and remedy with prescription, but she spoke so quickly about the condition it was slightly difficult to keep up for someone who is rarely in a doctors office

Dr. Trovato is very knowledgeable and is the only dermatologist who has actually provided a care plan that has improved my adult acne. My only concern is that Dr. Trovato goes through her explanations VERY quickly, which makes it hard to follow sometimes and also doesn't allow time for me to think through the info shared to ask questions.

The doctor was friendly, attentive and very thorough. She explained each step in the exam and shared her findings.

Even though I had explained my previous health & family history that was very important to the appointment, and my current reasons on why I was there; very little time was taken on the exam. The doctor was in the room for approx. 5 minutes and spent, at the most, 2 of those doing a full body scan plus addressing the issues I came in for. She kept trying to leave and I would say "I have another question." It felt very rushed and she was very unthorough. I feel like I'll have to see another dermatologist to get proper treatment.
