About Me

I’m a family physician and enjoy the vast variety of patients and conditions that this field brings. Over the course of my career, I have developed a special interest in preventive medicine and performing in-office skin procedures.

I take a comprehensive approach to patient care and include the patient in the decision-making and diagnostic process. I enjoy helping patients thoroughly understand their condition, and encourage them to engage in healthy lifestyles that promote their well-being.

Working for Ohio State motivates me to keep up to date on the latest medical research and guidelines. My work here allows me to treat a diverse patient population, and to share my passion for medicine by teaching medical students and the community I treat.

When I’m away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as participating in any outdoor activity.

The doctor was very attentive and helpful, per usual.

She listens like she really cares about your concerns. Offers input to my particular concerns and I know she follows through by asking me questions about other visits and concerns that I might have had.

I think this may just be her personality, but her demeanor is a bit offputting. She says the right things and seems kind, but the pauses she leaves between you answering her questions/providing the reason you're there and then her speaking back to you just feel slightly off. It makes me feel like she thinks my answers are so weird or off base that she doesn't know what to say. Again she has never said anything rude to me but it just feels a little judgmental, even if she doesn't mean it that way. But she always remembers my history and does seem to want to help.
