Ann spent a lot of time on my appointment which made me feel very valued & hopeful that she will be able to help me. She listened intently and never made me feel rushed.

Dr. came in the room very abrupt! Very harsh in talking to me. Right away said she did not treat neck pain, I knew that. I was there because I have chronic migraines. I have suffered with these for a year!

She didn't talk to me the whole time, talked to my friend that I brought with me. Asked to preform several procedures, but there was a few she didn't even look up to see if I completed it or not. When she was checking my lungs the stethoscope only touched my back once and she asked me to take three deep breaths. I was more confused and frustrated then before my appointment. I don't live in Columbus so I drove over a hour to be treated like nothing. if this was anything else like a restaurant etc... I would ask for my money back. because the service was poor. Still am I want my money back. I will definitely tell people not to go her.

Dr. Pakalnis was extremely empathetic and knowledgeable. I didn't expect to walk away with such a novel treatment.

My provider was knowledgeable regarding my medical history & offered suggestions in keeping with my lifestyle preferences. She was personable, professional, & caring.

I love Dr. Pakalnis. She is an excellent care provider who is well-educated in her specialty. She also knows how to listen to patients as they ask questions or raise concerns. She takes the time to give explanations. She also listens to patient feedback about medications, and how well they are or aren't working. All key elements for a good physician!! She gets five stars in my book.

As always, Dr. Pakalnis is amazing, she is a wonderful dr. and I am so happy I am able to see her. She also had Dr. Pierce (a resident) with her and he too was fantastic!

The dr. is a lovely caring woman and didn't seemed rushed or... at the things I had to say. She had a lot of questions and I was glad, because I forgot to ask, so many.

Dr. Pakalnis has been an amazing physician (neurologist) for me over the years. She has gone above & beyond in caring for me with my migraine history, especially when trying to deal with my insurance coverage for Aimovig injections.
