About Me

I’m a certified nurse practitioner in the Division of Surgical Oncology at The James who specializes in women’s health. After graduating from The Ohio State University in 2012 with a master’s degree in nursing, I began working at the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center, where I primarily treat patients with breast cancer.

While a breast cancer diagnosis can be devastating to a patient and their family, I believe that my background and experience helps to walk a patient through understanding their new diagnosis, offer appropriate support and provide thorough and well-rounded care to breast cancer survivors following treatment.

I have worked at the Ohio State University Medical Center or the OSUCCC – James in some capacity since I was an undergraduate student, and I feel proud to say that I’ve grown up here and seen a tremendous evolution in its services and facility during that time. This speaks to the fact that the OSUCCC – James is working hard to stay on the forefront of cutting-edge cancer care for patients. The James’ philosophy is to put patients and their families first and provide excellent oncology care, and not only have I witnessed this first-hand, but it’s ultimately what sold me on pursuing a career in oncology as well as to continue to work for this great institution.
