About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in neuropsychological assessment, supporting patients with cognitive and psychiatric symptoms by providing comprehensive cognitive evaluations and evidence-based psychological care. As part of our outpatient neuropsychology clinic, I see patients who are experiencing cognitive impairment due to dementia, brain injury, and other neurological and psychiatric conditions. I also specialize in working with individuals with psychosis and schizophrenia-spectrum disorders.
My patients can rely on me for compassionate, collaborative care and open communication. I work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives personalized support that aligns with their goals and values.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a clinical assistant professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, where I am committed to advancing education in integrated behavioral health.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Trask has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
