Upwards of 40 percent of women in the United States will suffer from one or more pelvic floor disorders (voiding dysfunction, urinary and fecal incontinence, prolapse and sexual dysfunction) during their lifetime. However, many women do not seek care because they believe these conditions are a natural part aging or that the treatments are ineffective. This is exactly why I went into this specialty. I want women to know that we have effective treatments that can significantly improve their quality of life. Our multi-disciplinary comprehensive pelvic floor center, a Medtronic Center of Excellence, offers patients access to innovative, minimally invasive world class treatments for urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, urogenital fistulas, mesh complications, neurogenic bladder and sexual dysfunction.
I was recently awarded the ribbon for the Medtronic Center of Excellence award.

Didn't have any bad experience
I understand that doctors are busy and maybe it was just her personality, it was the first time I saw her but she was speeding through everything. I didn't have enough time to think to ask any questions. She seems a competent doctor - we'll see - but I never feel like I am having a positive experience unless someone is taking their time and hearing me. I didn't like that they did a urine test in-house and didn't log the lab. I really didn't like that but wasn't given the opportunity to say so. Again, I am not sure any of this was the doctor's fault. I have over 10 doctors in the OSU system and you consistently force them to be way overlooked In ny opinion.
Dr. Moore was excellent. I felt she was very knowledgeable and was able to find answers to all my questions.

I was blown away by how she explained in detail everything she talked to me about!!! Explained 3 voices of medicine I could take and the side affects they had . So knowledgeable and also sweeet!!
She made it known she didn't treat my conditions but would see me (I didn't choose her osu adv care referred me and scheduling did it) she seemed bothered by me but was doing it since I was scheduled. She was not u profession or rude just cold

Dr. Moore was cold and dismissive. She used medical jargon that my husband and I did not understand. She said the levsin that harding hospital gave me that worked on the pain I thought was urological was a coincidence and worked like a sugar pill because my symptoms had nothing to do with urology. She said to go back to my primary doctor and have him help me with the pain that I could not deal with and became suicidal. I asked for another urologist that dealt with IC and weak bladder and then she gave me a prescription for elmiron. My eyes are bad as it is so I have decided not to take the chance . I will not take the prescription. She is just not the right fit for me. I need someone more compassionate to help me with bladder infections, interstitial cystitis and a weak bladder.

My husband and I felt like she was rushing us. The day of the cystoscope she was very nice and pointed out exactly what the scope saw on the monitor.

Dr. Moore is awesome! She sits with you and talks directly with you for the majority of the appointment, after briefly checking information on the computer/chart. This creates a much more personal encounter that feels like an actual conversation with the healthcare provider instead of the provider facing the computer for the duration of the appointment. Dr. Moore uses body language to create a warm and welcoming environment and enables the patient to feel listened to, cared for, and respected. She's also super smart and so very knowledgeable!!! She has earned my trust and I'm so grateful for the life changing care she provides. Not only she is an excellent surgeon but she's also so warm and supportive at the bedside. A combo that is rare and greatly appreciated!!!

Courtney was just simply amazing. She was a little abrupt but gave me a lot of information that I badly needed to make changes and help me with my condition. It was very helpful and I feeling very hopeful and much better.
Excellent. She is very knowledgeable about my problem and had different ideas that I could explore if what she ordered did not work. Well she ordered a new medication and I took it and it worked. That was just a few days ago. Works so good and as of now no side effects. I'm also following the instructions she ordered. She is great
The doctor was amazing. In the first several minutes of me explaining some of my health history, she picked up on what was wrong immediately, and after a brief physical exam, confirmed it. It only took a few minutes for her to return with instructions and feedback on next steps.

This was the first time I have seen Dr. Moore. I had previously seen Dr. Baradaran and liked him very much. After meeting Dr. Moore, I feel very comfortable with her and like her too.
She asked me a few questions and took me out and she wanted her money and they said I was out of network.
Dr. Courtney's Moore spent about 5 minutes total with me, and had already made her mind up about my condition prior to the visit from reviewing my CT scans. She did not review some of the symptoms I wrote on the intake sheet or talk with me about this, and was dismissive of the symptoms I was experiencing and said nothing was wrong with me. She suggested no possible treatment options even if additional testing was done. She made me feel like I was making up my pelvic symptoms despite having broken my pelvis in 2 places as a result of a car accident.

At first I found Dr Moore to be cold. After a short time and before any exam, she said that my problem was caused by something else and didn't have to do with my bladder. She spoke in a cold, dismissive way. She went out of the room and came back, and I said, I'm sorry I may not have explained myself well when I was telling you about my symptoms. I explained them again and said I wanted to make sure I got the best care. She then said we can tell from these of your symptoms and these results of your urinalysis that it isn't your badder.She seems to be very competent, though.
