About Me
As a certified nurse practitioner, I am passionate about helping women feel more comfortable during their Ob/Gyn visits. In my role in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, I perform Pap smears and treat patients for conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), abnormal uterine bleeding, and infertility.
When patients come to see me, they can trust that I will listen to their questions and address all their concerns. My previous work experience in the neonatal intensive care unit, where I treated sick and preterm babies as a bedside registered nurse, deeply inspired me to do all I can to help my patients have healthy, full-term pregnancies.
Here at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, the access to resources and to the best specialists is unparalleled, and it’s a privilege to be part of the team. I also appreciate the commitment to education, and my role includes mentoring nurse practitioner students.
When I’m not working, I love playing with my two sons. I enjoy practicing yoga and traveling.

Initial visit with her after moving to area. Very thorough reviewing my history and identifying plan of care moving forward
Danielle was wonderful. First time meeting her and her was very personable and I felt she was interested in me and my concerns.
Very understanding, explained everything step by step when doing exams and made sure everything was okay with me first. Great communication.
Danielle was new to me - as my regular doc (of 20 years) is on leave. Danielle was delightful, attentive, helpful, offered solutions, and asked if I would like referrals - which I responded "is that an option?" and "Yes Please!" She spent more time than necessary with me, listening to medical issues beyond her purview of expertise, and expressed empathy as well as solutions. I left the appointment feeling "heard and seen", which was incredibly important to me as a patient, and as a client of the OSU Medical complex. I have referred her name to a friend who is currently looking for a practitioner - after relaying my positive experience.
She was really friendly, educated me on my concerns and made sure I understood everything she was saying. She made me feel very comfortable which allowed me to relax as I was really stressed about the doctors appointment.

She was absolutely wonderful. The gyno is an uncomfortable and vulnerable time but she sincerely made it fun and relaxed. She made me feel heard and was super comfortable.

My care provider is the best. I drove two hours just to see her for my healthcare. She listens to everything I say and offers suggestions in ways that I can understand. She is very knowledgeable about different contraceptives and always makes sure I am comfortable with what she prescribes. She also always makes sure all of my questions are answered and I really appreciate that I never feel rushed during my appointment.
She was hands down the best provider I have ever seen. She will be my go to from here on out. Very friendly, seemed like she truest cared about my experience, and explained everything that was going to happen at my appointment.

SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! I HATE these type of visits us women have to have yearly & I've NEVER felt this comfortable with a provider!!!
Danielle is very thorough and personable. I never have to wait long in the office and leave feeling as though all my questions/concerns were addressed. I feel very lucky to have her as my provider.

LOVED Danielle. I was the most comfortable during this OBGYN visit than I ever have been in the past with other providers (not at OSU). She was efficient but also wasn't rushed and took time to discuss things that I had questions about. She referenced up-to-date evidence-based care and offered clarity on topics that I had inaccurate information on (like recommended frequency of pap smears). I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Danielle.

Provider was very knowledgeable nd helpful
It was Excellent, I felt safe, I felt heard. I felt all my needs were met. --- I would have liked my previous OB/GYN medical records sent over, I had to recall my past issues and talked through everything.
Ms. Danielle was patient, kind, professional, cheerful, gentle, explained as she went along. And it was one of the least stressful visits I've ever had. She was also excellent answering MyChart questions.
