About Me

As a physician assistant at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I specialize in sports medicine knee surgery. I primarily see patients for knee pain, arthritis in the knee(s), meniscus tears, ACL tears and patellar dislocation. I treat each of my patients as if they are a family member by listening to them, educating them and helping them reach their ideal quality of life again.

At Ohio State, it’s clear that our physicians are inspired by the work and continue to learn their craft as the knowledge and tools implemented in their medical specialties continue to grow. They stay up to date with the latest research and perform the most cutting-edge surgeries and procedures.

In my free time, I enjoy golfing, including disc golf, as well as watching Ohio State basketball and football games.

I was very satisfied with the care provider, who was not convinced by the suggested diagnosis from the care providers at OSU East, and he ordered X-rays which confirmed his own thoughts about the source of the pains in my left leg (that they were due to damage to the spinal cord/sciatic nerve rather than tendon/muscle tears).

A little disappointed that he poo-pooed the idea of soft tissue being involved.

He explained very well the results of my X-ray. Asked how I was doing, asked about my PT and did I have any questions.

I go to David every time I have a sport related injury. He listens to me and gives it to me real. We banned her back-and-forth and seem to get along very well. Sometimes he goes above and beyond for me, which I really appreciate.
