As a family medicine nurse practitioner at Ohio State, I treat acute and chronic illness starting at birth and continuing throughout a person’s lifetime. Some of chronic illnesses I manage include hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disorders, anxiety and depression, along with many others.
I believe that my patients and I must work as a team so that I can provide individualized care targeted towards their specific needs and goals, in order to improve their overall health and wellbeing. I’m passionate about helping people manage their health care in order to become as healthy as possible.
I love working at Ohio State because there are many very talented professionals here who are dedicated to providing patients with quality care.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending my free time reading, sewing and taking pictures.
