Mostly good, I just felt like I didn't get my direct answers to my questions. I AAlso felt like he barely glanced at my incisions to see if it was healing well.
Donald is one of the best providers in the office. He listens, is caring and very helpful

Dr Miller was great. He discussed the summary of the surgery and answered all questions I had. He was a bit concerned that I might be trying to do too much. He understood the temptations of this and, although he empathized, he stressed how important it was for me to "take it easy". Great bedside manner. Glad to have him on my team of doctors.

This was the best PA I have had. He listened, was thorough, we made a plan and I don't think I have felt this positive about an appointment. I've never had a bad experience there and everyone has been great and provided great care. But he is exceptional. .

He seemed rushed. I did not get the feeling that he listened to what I told hi about pain in my back. He then prescribed Oxicondone but the prescription would not last until the next visit with my surgeon, I had to request an additional amount.
Don always listens and is kind and thorough . My appointments are never rushed and he actually cares.

I present a complicated case with 3 spinal fusion surgeries, and a need for a revision on one level and new level to be fused. Don spelled out all the different options for my upcoming needs including possible benefits and risks.

My appointment with this provider was one of the best experiences I've had at OSU in the past 15 years. He listened to and addressed all my of my concerns and questions. He explained things in an easy way to understand and wrote I formation done for me. He didn't rush through the visit - it felt like he genuinely cared and wanted to help.
I received bad news about my doctor leaving the practice when I am about 6 weeks away from my surgery. I was shocked and completely thrown off guard but the NP Donnie Miller was very helpful and understanding of the dilemma. He processed it with me and helped through what to do now in case Dr. Kahn was not able to do my surgery.
I had to make this appointment prior to my surgery, and then I was informed of tests and information that was needed immediately.
Every provider on Dr. Yu's team is top notch and thorough. They are knowledgeable and kind.
