Ms. Tate showed interest and didn't appear to be rushed when we met. She listened to my concerns, allowed questions and we discussed options together.
She was not my regular provider and it seemed like she was interested in what I was telling her and I felt I was being rushed.
No bad experience
Only excellence. Listened. Felt heard and understood. Pertinent questions and thorough thoughtful did full job quickly but fully gave me what needed first.
She is very on top of my care and is working to get me the best health possible.
She's new to me but, I'm very pleased with her concern for my health and wellbeing.
Was very professional and showed care and understanding
Very good
I wasn't happy with the doctor.. She didn't go over any of my medicine. Then left the room and didn't come back. She kept messaging the nurse through instant messenger. The Interac wasn't good at all
The best.
Very informative
She listened to my concerns and took time to speak with me about my health. I appreciate that she was very attentive.
Very concerned about my overall health
Donnita Tate was ok but did not take feedback and my concerns regarding overall treatment plan, concerns about how I had been treated within the OSU system and coordination of care seriously. It was sad because I hoped she would be different and advocate for me or at least ensure we would work together and have regular checkups on my health. Also so many questions I had left unanswered. Even if you can't give a patient what they asked for at least explain why and talk about how you will manage their health with them to get better. She seemed to take my concerns and questions as an attack instead of an opportunity to address my concerns. She basically responded by suggesting I see new providers. So I will.
The good experience I have with my healthcare provider. Was that listen to me? And they help me understand what was going on with my health. I really love the time they used everything to me. I had a very good experience with my health. Care provider.
Tate is a good health professional
Very competent and courteous
I love her she always seems to know whatI need
She was professional and concerned
Since it was just a routine visit, I was concerned about how my levels were so she ordered me labs
Danita Tate never introduced herself to me, barely acknowledged me. Ask her a question about my last colonosopy and got the shoulder shrug. Needless to say, I switched providers
Good
Ms Tate is an excellent provider. I have recommended her to several friends.
No bad experience

I feel as if she is rushed and didn't want to talk. I needed some other issues talked about and she said we would do that at another appointment. I live 35 miles away. I can't make that many trips.
It was good it was nice it was all right
Donita Tate is great or I would look for another physician.
Donita is nice and caring.
Good experience and great care
No urgency of my situation. She seems more concerned about covering herself, than taking care of what I needed. I am now in limbo waiting. Things could have been done on the day of the visit. Now I am waiting for paperwork. I'm at work hoping no more falls happen. I am very frustrated with the bureaucracy. I am the in pain at work in danger of falling.
Donita is very good at her job
Very good
Miss Tate took her time and explained how to take care of my mouth and double checked with Dr.Bobulsky to write for a prescription
Very good
Wonderful personality, persistent, courteous.
She is always very pleasant and considerate.
Good all were very concern about my health and spent time with me and made me comfortable.
This was a new patient appointment, and I was very appreciative of how Donnita really listened to my history and concerns and provided good feedback and suggestions.
She talked to us and checked us and gave us information to help watch our sugar & salt.
Good
She was very nice and friendly and she listened to what I had to say.
Thorough, not in a hurry, listened to concerns, prompt response, follow-up message with meaningful information
My care provider doesn't show any extra level of emotional care. They go through the questions, and fail to acknowledge my concern and tend to that empathetically.
The coldest provider I've ever seen. Walks in doesn't speak, gets on computer and waits until it logs in and says "what's going on today" in a cold tone never any eye contact, acts disgusted the whole time she's in there. Her bedside manner is lacking terribly. Donnita Tate
She's thorough and always caring.
Donnita Tate actually called me from the lobby so she was the first person I saw. I was very impressed.
Dr. Tate was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
No bad experiences.
Great.
Very professional and caring
Ms. Tate was very attentive and seemingly interested in improving my care. I felt heard.
Not personal at all, very cut and dry never looked at the sheet I circled about mental health, asked if I needed std or hiv test and I said I really did not think it was necessaryAnd a day later I received the HIV and STD results back
