Donita is nice and caring.
Good experience and great care
No urgency of my situation. She seems more concerned about covering herself, than taking care of what I needed. I am now in limbo waiting. Things could have been done on the day of the visit. Now I am waiting for paperwork. I'm at work hoping no more falls happen. I am very frustrated with the bureaucracy. I am the in pain at work in danger of falling.
Donita is very good at her job
Very good
Miss Tate took her time and explained how to take care of my mouth and double checked with Dr.Bobulsky to write for a prescription
Very good
Wonderful personality, persistent, courteous.
She is always very pleasant and considerate.
Good all were very concern about my health and spent time with me and made me comfortable.
This was a new patient appointment, and I was very appreciative of how Donnita really listened to my history and concerns and provided good feedback and suggestions.
She talked to us and checked us and gave us information to help watch our sugar & salt.
Good
She was very nice and friendly and she listened to what I had to say.
Thorough, not in a hurry, listened to concerns, prompt response, follow-up message with meaningful information
My care provider doesn't show any extra level of emotional care. They go through the questions, and fail to acknowledge my concern and tend to that empathetically.
The coldest provider I've ever seen. Walks in doesn't speak, gets on computer and waits until it logs in and says "what's going on today" in a cold tone never any eye contact, acts disgusted the whole time she's in there. Her bedside manner is lacking terribly. Donnita Tate
She's thorough and always caring.
Donnita Tate actually called me from the lobby so she was the first person I saw. I was very impressed.
Dr. Tate was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
No bad experiences.
Great.
Very professional and caring
Ms. Tate was very attentive and seemingly interested in improving my care. I felt heard.
Not personal at all, very cut and dry never looked at the sheet I circled about mental health, asked if I needed std or hiv test and I said I really did not think it was necessaryAnd a day later I received the HIV and STD results back
Good
Outstanding.
Outstanding.
Nurse practitioner was very concerned with what I had to say and my worries I had
Very knowledgeable.
Always great
My first appointment with Donnita Tate. I am very impressed and look forward to having her as my new primary care provider.
Everything was great.
My care, provider is very caring and she is always concern about my health and she always got a smile I just love my care provider she represent the name care provider because she shows that she care about he patients, thank you Donnita Tate!!!
Barely any true conversations about what was going on or some of my worries. She came in clearly wanting to check of her to do list and moved on, didn't care enough to notice that I was overwhelmed and completely treated me like I was a fool when it came to talking about ADHD testing. It was a test me and my therapist had done prior to the visit, I knew I needed to be evaluated still. But I wasn't provided a safe space to genuinely talk about my mental while she came up with her own conclusions on why I "might" be struggling.
She is always very friendly and professional.
Good.
Didn't listen, completely ignored what I needed, refereed me to an obgyn which didn't have an appointment until October which would leave me without birth control for months. Then didn't come back to tell me that she was referring me.
Worked very well with me.
No problems.
She is so smart and thorough.
Good.
She listened to all my concerns and spent time getting to know me as a patient, she's very compassionate
Everyone is amazing
