About Me
I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in providing primary care to patients of all ages. In my practice, I treat acute illnesses, including minor injuries and common respiratory infections like the cold or flu, manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, help patients with mental health conditions like depression or anxiety, provide reproductive health services like Pap smears and contraceptive management, and more.
I previously spent four years treating patients in the intensive care unit, which taught me the importance of being proactive with health and wellness and has shaped my approach to patient care. That experience instilled in me a deep passion for preventive medicine and early intervention, with the goal of helping my patients avoid the need for future critical care.
When people come to see me, they can expect a holistic, personalized and patient-centered approach to care. I strive to develop strong relationships with my patients and empower them to make informed decisions about their health. I prioritize open communication, active listening, and collaboration to develop individualized treatment plans that best suit their needs and values. I am also committed to staying updated on the latest medical research and guidelines to ensure the best care possible.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my husband, family, friends, and my two dogs. I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and traveling to explore new places. Staying active and exercising are important to me, and I enjoy finding a good show to watch and unwind.

Emma was excellent. She asked all the questions I was concerned about. She looked at my medical record before I went in to see her. That was very much appreciated and respectful.
Emma makes going to the doctor's office a breeze. Listens to my concerns, has extensive knowledge of care and is the best primary care provider I think I've ever had.

Emma is very knowledgeable and understood what I was wanting from my appointment/referral. We even had time to go through medication recommendations and other health test recommendations that I wasn't prepared for when I made the appointment but was very much appreciative of during the visit.
Well from past providers that I have seen, Ms Hill is the very best that I have been to I jest wished that I would have been refereed to her a lot sooner
