About Me

I’m passionate about providing comprehensive health care to women of all ages and being there for some of the most pivotal moments in their lives, whether that’s growing a family or entering menopause.

As an Ob/Gyn, I specialize in all aspects of obstetrics and prenatal care as well as both in-office and surgical gynecologic care. My particular interests are in the management of abnormal uterine bleeding, adnexal masses, abnormal cervical cytology and vulvar conditions, and in the care and counseling of teenagers and young adults who may be new to gynecologic care.

I take an individualized approach to medicine and treating patients and make a point to listen to my patients and work closely with them to develop a treatment plan together. I also strive to advocate for patients and empower them to take charge of their health.

I completed my residency here at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, and training at an academic institution allowed me to realize my desire to teach and continue to learn daily. Being surrounded by intelligent and inquisitive minds allows me to constantly grow and challenge my own knowledge.

Ohio State is like one big family. I first noticed it during my residency interview and I still notice it as a faculty member. I love having the opportunity to welcome new “Buckeye Babies” into the world.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my significant other and golden retriever, Louie, and exploring Columbus restaurants and coffee shops. When possible, I enjoy traveling to new countries and exploring new cultures. During the Ohio winters, I try to go home to Florida a few times to enjoy the warmth and sunshine.
