About Me
As a vascular surgery physician assistant, I specialize in treating patients with peripheral artery disease, carotid stenosis and aortic aneurysm, among other conditions. I often care for patients who are quite ill. I enjoy being an advocate for my patients and am passionate about helping people get better and stronger.
I believe that bedside manner is as important as the actual medical care. I take pride in helping my patients feel as though they can rely on me throughout their hospital stay and extended care.
I’ve always been interested in surgery. I was very excited to become a part of Ohio State’s Division of Vascular Surgery and part of an amazing team of attendings, fellows, residents and nurses. I also enjoy that my specialty has allowed me to work with other areas of the medical center, including the cath lab, vascular lab and Comprehensive Wound Center.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and three boys. We enjoy going to parks, visiting the zoo, going on bike rides, visiting family and going anywhere they can get their energy out!
