I have always enjoyed talking with Ms. Rayo. She knows her stuff and has helped me with her advice.
Listened, spent time working on my issues.
Good
Wonderful seeing her. I'm glad she is changing her position. Very nice !!
No bad
Friendly, professional and listened carefully to my questions. I felt she cared about me and wanted to help me manage my diabetes.
Very friendly and knowledgeable
Excellent np
Gabrielle asked about supplements I took on a regular basis. She explained how one could effect the results of a lab result and told me to hold the dose for a week prior to the lab test.
Very courteous and listened well.
Good
Good, friendly, and informative.
Overall, NP Gabrielle Rayo is very courteous and professionally likeable pertaining to any concerns or questions that I may have pertaining to Type 1 diabetes and managing it currently thru OmniPod Dash and Dexcom G6 for when I bring current biweekly reports to review and make suggestions of concerns I have. As an example, I told her I would be willing to upgrade to an OmniPod 5 but wanted to wait on the Dexcom G7 integration, but didn't like that it was currently integrated with Dexcom G6 (in which I have mostly had issues with since I started that CGM upgrade thru Dexcom) and was inquiring about if her or any other HCP or diabetes educators she worked with knew of current local trial runs and/or test sites around the area to see if I could sign up for since OmniPod told me to ask my doctor's office since they weren't currently taking apps. Gabrielle was kind enough to research and look into it since she wasn't aware of anything on her end about it and upon concensus a few days later upon talking with other physicians and diabetes educators she works with, she mentioned the clinic doesn't yet have the compatible software upgrade per the OmniPod 5/Dexcom G7 and mentioned both physicians and educators she talked to have heard of trial runs going on for it, but unfortunately didn't have further information on it per their end. However, with all that being said, she mentioned if in the future the clinic may get the compatible software for it or may have additional info to pass off about trial runs and local test sites for it, she'll keep me updated.
Gabby has led me to attain an A1C of less than 7.0 for the last year for the first time from diagnosed diabetic almost 40 years ago. Technically top notch, has great advice while never talking down to me. Great person!
Ordered great blood test for an unusual anomaly
No issues
Answered all my questions and concerns , and was very friendly.
Nice and efficient
She was friendly helpful and understanding
Gabrielle Rayo listens to your experience as well as looking at the numbers and provides supportive care.
She was very knowledgeable.
Great
She does not listen to her patients and is not an advocate for her patients. She does not care about the patient and just wants the money from her patients. I will not be seeing her again.
Overall, NP Gabrielle Rayo was just as courteous and respectful pertaining to my questions regarding both thyroid and possible diabetic pump changes due to recent biweekly glucose and CGM of trends of areas too low and little bit too high to get her recommendations of thoughts of what I thought may be needed for possible changes.
Gabbie is great. No issues.
No problem
Gabby has always, every time I see her, been very thorough and willing to listen .
Efficient and thoughtful. Listened to concerns about medication expense. She did offer a new pharmacy for one of the medications.
