first time meeting - I am transitioning from a doc at OSU who moved to another hospital group. I liked Dr. Ruff a lot - she was attentive and appeared to listen to my concerns.

Dr. Ruff was running late as she was taking care of a hospital patient. She promptly apologized when she saw me. I understand things happen & have been "worked in" before so that doesn't upset me.
