About Me

As a nephrologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I specialize in chronic kidney disease, the prevention of kidney stones and other areas of nephrology. For the past twenty years I have been providing compassionate kidney care to all my patients.

I believe in spending a significant amount of time with patients to explain their diseases. I make sure to fully educate them about their diagnosis and discuss the options that are available to them as far as treatment. I like to get my patients and their families involved in the patient care process. I find that a patient who is both informed and involved is a healthy patient.

I enjoy working here at Ohio State because it’s an institution that brings together unique expertise from all specialties, which leads to well-coordinated patient care.

When I’m not working I like to spend time enjoying the outdoors, relaxing with my family and traveling.
