Did not listen and answered the questions she asked me before I could answer. Talked to me like she was accusing me of something. I told her I was not interested in Sleep Clinic and she referred me anyway. I felt she thought I was faking and when she left, ending the appointment she came back in with test results and a whole different attitude. She then was much more a positive professional. I have always told everyone OSU was the best. I hope this is just a one time thing.
