About Me
I am a family medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and I primarily focus on treating adults. I am especially interested in diabetic and hypertensive disease management. I believe in collaborating with my patients to help them maintain their health and prevent complications of acute and chronic illnesses. I think patient care is best when it’s a team effort.
Working in family medicine allows me to develop long lasting relationships with my patients, which is something that’s unique to my field. It’s what attracted me to family medicine in the first place!
My favorite part about working about Ohio State is the opportunity to educate future family medicine physicians. I also enjoy the progressive way in which we provide care to our patients. Medicine has the ability to leave an impact on individuals’ lives as well as communities as a whole.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

He is friendly, knowledgeable, caring
I appreciate my PCP because he respects my time, and "listens activity" to my problem/concern. He considers my objectives, and carefully works closely with my medications, making sure I am knowledgeable of any, and the process of what that journey will be care while taking medications. HE IS ATTENTIVE & WIFE I AM GRATEFUL I FOUND A DR. I CAN "TRUST."
Dr. Singh made me feel very comfortable as a provider - he explained everything really well & was very open to questions. He did a great job making me feel welcome at a new practice.
Dr. Singh carefully explained why I am changing medication.
