I believe that every one of my patients has a unique patient profile and background. This allows me to truly create the very best individualized treatment plan that I tailor specifically to my patients’ health needs and goals.
My favorite part about working here at Ohio State is the excellent medical care that we are able to provide our patients, as well as the rich learning and teaching environment.
In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors and relaxing with my family. I also enjoy exercising and ran the Boston Marathon in 2009. I hope to go back to compete again someday!

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 03/25/2016, Dr. Hirsch has reported no financial relationships with medical device, research and/or drug companies.
