My physician had wonderful bedside manner. She listened to my concerns, addressed them all clearly and respectfully. She was very careful with the procedure explaining everything she was doing, and did her best to calm my nerves (which she did). The outcome of the procedure was explained fully and provided a treatment plan and follow-up with what to expect in the coming months.
