He was very thorough with getting and receiving my information, introduced himself as James and that he was a nurse practicioner. He was very current with what was my problem and how one of my medicines needed to be changed. I was very encouraged by him.

The N. P. WAs respectful, efficient and friendly. HE had my medical records while reviewing health history and medications, reviewed current status and determined a plan of action to investigate a possible concern, and explained this in a manner easy to understand.

My provider was quite late, prompting the nurses to seek him out, but once he arrived he was very professional and knowledgable as well as friendly.
