Care provider was very good and spent good time interested in what I had tonsay
I would have thought since I brought up so many things that were so wrong the previous visits to the integrative medical center that the wonky scheduling that happened or the c9 and my ability to get medical massage treatments would have been covered. We talked about 90% of the things that had gone wrong though.

Jordan provides exceptional service!
Jordan was extremely knowledgeable about the symptoms and conditions I described, along with my medical records. She evaluated previously prescribed blood work very completely and explained it very thoroughly, answering all of my questions. She then prescribed additional blood work as a result. She was very friendly and personable. I definitely felt like she cared for me as a person and was concerned about improving my quality of life.

Care provider was filling in for my provider who changed my appointment twice and wanted to reschedule for 2.5 months out. In this situation, the care provider I saw did they best she could. She was very empathetic and patient and took the time for me to fully understand. I wish she had put more information in the visit summary, as I do not remember it all.
