About Me

As a family medicine physician, my goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their health. I believe in strong physician-patient relationships founded on compassion and in working with my patients to development individualized care plans. I specialize in preventative health and managing chronic conditions such as anxiety, asthma, depression, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and Type 2 diabetes.

I enjoy working at The Ohio State University because it offers a vast network of academic resources and research opportunities, which allows our physicians to offer state-of-the-art treatments and the most current evidence-based health care available.

In my free time I enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors with my husband and children.

She was very personable, professional and explained and discussed things with me in an easy to understand manner. She also told me that the medication she prescribed should work faster than one I was previously prescribed for the same problem but also said that she was going to do further testing as it did not always work for all causes of this infection. I am glad she did because that was in fact the case and she ordered a new prescription as soon as she received the test results.
