About Me

As a family medicine physician, my goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their health. I believe in strong physician-patient relationships founded on compassion and in working with my patients to development individualized care plans. I specialize in preventative health and managing chronic conditions such as anxiety, asthma, depression, hyperlipidemia, hypertension and Type 2 diabetes.

I enjoy working at The Ohio State University because it offers a vast network of academic resources and research opportunities, which allows our physicians to offer state-of-the-art treatments and the most current evidence-based health care available.

In my free time I enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors with my husband and children.

She was attentive during visit, but when I told her I was still having an issue w/medical problem she could not see me for 10 days. Said I should just go to the ER!

Dr. French is a talented, professional, understanding and gentle. She always kindly directs the conversation, collecting the needed information, referring to my medical history when necessary. I would highly recommend her to the young, old and either gender persons. I highly respect her as a wise and intelligent doctor.
