She helped me get a prescription that I had been wanting, so that is good. However, it was very clear that she did not know about my medical history or case. I saw this provider because my regular provider was out on leave, and I had waited months for this appointment. It was very disappointing that the provider was not better prepared for my visit, and she seemed to have almost no knowledge over the issues I was experiencing. It almost felt like a waste of time, but I was happy in the end to get the prescription for a different issue.
I have never met with this provider before but I was thankful for how concerned she was with my health concern.

Kathy is also friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. This was a routine physical and I appreciate that she took extra time to understand my history in other specialties outside of OSU- my OB and dermatologist.

Listen to my concerns about my health, offered suggestions for non medications as well as medications that could solve my health problem, checked my records for missed yearly test and scheduled yearly blood work. The perfect provider for my health needs and concerns!

Regarding my care provider she is just great. She takes a whole lot of time to listen to my health courteous and provides the best possible solutions and advice.

She works well with her nurse, they communicate well, so I never have to repeat myself. Always kind and considerate of my well being.
She did not even address my main issue. She just wanted to do blood tests and said we will see about things from there. Well...she sends a message saying everything looked pretty good and if I have any questions to contact her. I guess she was done?? What about my original health issues?? She did not seen to care about any of those.

Katherine is wonderful. I always try to see her. She pays very close attention to details. I had a contrast CT scan and received me results and a message from Katherine telling me everything was normal.
I am 72 years old she is the best I have ever seen I have recommend her to several people two she now sees and another is trying to.
