Biography
I’m a pulmonary and critical care medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I care for patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) and help lead programs that improve care during and after critical illness.
My work focuses on making healthcare more connected, patient-centered, and accessible–especially for those recovering from serious conditions. I lead our Critical Illness Transition and Recovery Program, which supports patients and families as they heal after an ICU stay. Our team offers in-person and virtual follow-up visits, works closely with local providers, and helps create personalized care plans to ensure a smooth, coordinated recovery.
I also help lead our tele-ICU program, which uses real-time technology to bring critical care expertise to hospitals across Ohio. This allows patients to receive high-level care in their own communities, with the support of specialists from our academic medical center.
A key part of my work involves building partnerships between academic medical centers and community health systems. I’m passionate about creating programs that support collaboration, share expertise, and improve care for patients–no matter where they receive it.
I enjoy connecting with my patients on a personal level and learning about their goals, concerns and motivations. My patients can trust that I will work with them to create customized treatment plans that accommodate their unique needs, including virtual follow-ups.
Outside of the hospital, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, exercising, and exploring the outdoors.

Consulting and Related Relationships
