    I was told that the nurse practitioner was really good about pre charting and getting familiar with my case. I didn't feel like that had happened in my instance. After my apt I was more confused about my healthcare plan than when I arrived.

    She wasn't my Crohn's doctor, but she needs to be. Everything about her pertaining to me, was Excellent.
