My care provider both conducted my check-in visit and discussed options for replacing my previous (retired) provider. We ended with a solid plan that I controlled. All options were explained and my needs respected. I was very happy with every aspect of the visit.

Dr. Chan's PA was very kind as well. She asked important questions and listened to all of my answers. I have a TBI and sometimes get very confused or can't remember things. She never made me feel that I had problems with my memory or understanding her questions or my next steps. She was going to speak to Dr. Chan and they would come up with a plan. She to was very kind, patient and very understanding.
