I chose to pursue a career in obstetrics and gynecology because I am deeply passionate about offering women comprehensive reproductive care. As an Ob/Gyn, I support women through every stage of their life – from infertility treatments and family planning to pregnancy care and gynecologic procedures.
I am driven by the belief that education empowers women, and I always ensure my patients have the knowledge they need to make informed choices about their health. I practice evidence-based medicine, and my patients can expect treatments and recommendations that are grounded in the latest scientific research.
I am dedicated to supporting and guiding patients to help them achieve their reproductive health and wellness goals. I genuinely care about the well-being of everyone who comes to see me. My approach is rooted in kindness and a deep respect for each patient’s autonomy, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood in every interaction. I treat each patient like a friend or family member, fostering support and empathy.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I have the privilege of teaching medical students in my role as an associate professor. My experience in academic medicine has fostered my commitment to mentorship and I have a special interest in helping enhance medical education. I’ve been honored to receive awards for teaching, and I was inducted into Ohio State’s Courage to Teach (CTT) Program, which recognizes medical educators for their work with students.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. Dr. Labroo explained very concisely the results of my biopsy. She showed me with pictures how to apply the new prescription. She also took the time to answer my questions.

My doctor changed my perspective on OBGYN appointments. She asked thorough questions getting to know me and my medical history and genuinely cared about everything I had to say. Dr Labroo made me comfortable and gained my trust with her support and attention. Doctor appointments with previous care providers usually caused me a lot of anxiety but my follow up appointment next year will be the first time I am not anxious to go to a doctor appointment because of my interactions at this visit!
Good listener and comprehensive
Dr.Labroo is wonderful! She makes sure to answer every question I have, is an active listener, and she's a great advocate for her patients. During my post-surgery check-up, made sure all over my remaining stitches were trimmed down, comfortable, and healing nicely
I seriously have never felt more comfortable at a gyno appointment and she was so personable and bubbly which made the appointment go all the better. She prioritized my concerns and went out of her way to make sure that I got a comfortable room for my procedure. I called my family and friends to let them know they must see her and my mom realized she is already scheduled for her appointment with her.

Madison is hands down the BEST doctor I've ever had. She cares about her patient and listens to what they have to say. Since the first time I saw her I knew she was going to be an amazing doctor for me and help me get my body in check to be able to convince.
This was my first visit with Dr. Labroo and she was amazing. She was super friendly, asked great questions to get to know me more as a patient, addressed my concerns and was very thorough, and I look forward to continuing to see her for my OB/GYN needs.
My care provider Doctor Labroo IS AMAZING! I really did not want to stay with OSU to deliver my daughter but Doctor Labroo made me feel so understood, heard, and validated about ANYTHING big or small I could not walk away from HER! She made me feel safe and even explained everything in a way I understood and she even made my husband feel safe and appreciated for being there for me during my pregnancy and for helping me through all of my horrible symptoms. Doctor Labroo was not just my doctor or care provider but I look at her and her team as my family!!!!!

Dr. Labroo was amazing. She turned an uncomfortable ultrasound into a positive experience. She totally understood my discomfort and helped me to laugh about it, which made it less uncomfortable. She also had such a fun personality!
Provider was very invested in my concerns and asked me what I wanted to discuss. Answered my questions and established a plan of care.

Good but total lack of physical touch
Dr Labroo was fabulous! Extremely friendly and thorough and walked us through everything step by step. She had taken notes of my medical history before my apt and was super prepared. She is hands down one of my favorite providers and I have only seen her a single time. Looking forward to receiving maternity care from her!
