About Me
I chose to specialize in neurology because it is an exciting field where we can make dramatic improvements in our patients’ lives. As a clinical neurophysiologist and neurohospitalist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I treat a variety of conditions including epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, myasthenia gravis, headaches and optic neuritis.
When I see patients in the hospital, they can expect a well-rounded approach. I am passionate about providing the highest quality care to my patients and that means treating the whole person, not just the immediate issue, to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Beigel has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
