Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Costello has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
She was friendly & focused
No bad experiences
All good.
Meghan is fantastic. Her "bed-side" manner is calming and helpful.
I'm still impressed with her knowledge and concern.
Best primary care doctor I have ever seen
Dr Costello is exceedingly thorough and we'll attuned time well-being.

Very caring, respectful and responsible about my care.
Really good, she really listens
I met this provider for the first time and I am impressed so far!
Excellent
Wonderful, very helpful
She tended to me with high priority and respect
New patient visit. Dr. Costello was very impressive with her knowledge of my issues. She addressed everything. I was with my last PCP for over 30 years and she measured up. I have complete confidence in her now.
Dr. Costello is absolutely fantastic.
Dr Costello is very thorough, very detailed, and exudes a high level of competence.
Excellent
She also did a great job, knowledgeable and caring.
Everything good
This was my 1st appointment with Dr Costello. She is incredibly thorough and well prepared. I was impressed.
Very good
Dr. Costello was amazing. She not only was the first OSU doctor who seemed to take my mental health concerns seriously, but she also rebuilt a good chunk of my medical records with me that seemed to be absent.
Good
This was my first visit with Dr. Costello. I was looking for a new provider and spent a lot of time talking . She also gave me a checkup while I was in the office. I believe I found my new provider.
She really listened to my concerns
Wonderful. This visit was to establish a PCP as I was not satisfied with my previous PCP. Dr Costello was exactly what I was looking for and I look forward to seeing her in the future. She was professional, personable and showed great interest in my concerns as well as addressing them.
Friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable, very helpful, gave clear explanations and Instructions
Dismissed my clinical symptoms-more concerned with checking boxes. Clearly inexperienced. Nothing conversation and emails mentioned symptoms I don't have. Seems to believe that fat is an illness. Needs to check fatphobia. Just because a patient is a fat middle woman does not mean that patient is ignorant. Provider should think first before recommending experimental weight loss drugs so non-challantly to someone recovering from an eating disorder.
Very approaches with kind warm friendly smile
I just moved to Ohio am a new patient. Dr Costello was very knowledgeable and took time to listen and get to know my medical history.
She seems to know her stuff and was thorough. She doesn't appear to appreciate the level of stress/anxiety I endure daily.
Caring, understanding, professional, communicated very well, thorough, pleasant, task-focused while listening and providing excellent information, ordered tests that historically had been out-of-normal range and/or were potentially consequential to the operation, quickly provided verbal and written feedback to me and the surgery team.
There really is nothing describe besides excellent
